From Exposition, select Process booth orders, open an order, click Booth Inventory
Available
Lists all available booths for the booth product selected on the Process booth orders window. Reserved products and conflicting products display in this area if you enabled the Product Conflict Checking or Company Conflict Checking options for the exposition on the Expo Options window (from Exposition, select Set up an exposition, double-click an exposition, click More, and select Options).
Ordered
Lists the booths ordered by the exhibitor.
Quantity Available
Displays the total number of Available booths.
Quantity Ordered
Displays the total number of booths ordered by the exhibitor.
View Assignments button
Opens the Current Booth Assignments window, which lists all of the booths, booth numbers, and exhibitors associated with the booths.
View Conflicts button
Opens the Conflicting Booths/Products window. The button is disabled if no conflicts exist.
Ignore Product Conflicts
Enable to ignore and not display the order's conflicting products.
Ignore Company Conflict
Enable to ignore and not display the order's company conflicts.
